Soy Is Good For You Hard Tofu is Poison

Media_httpwwwjapanese_xhnqc

Soy protein is good for you. It is.

The trouble is that hard tofu used in most restaurants is hardened with soy protein and saline solution from seeping seasalt. When you make seasalt, the dry sea salt continues to seep liquid this salt water is toxic. The seeping saline is a soy protein hardener. The hardener is a nerve toxin and particularly attacks the brain. Animals fed regular food and tofu die of toxicity.

When Michio Kushi founder of the Kushi Foundation brought his "macrobiotic diet" highly advocating tofu, Korean biochemists were known to have said amongst themselves, "Wow, the Japanese are attacking America again."

Myth: Cigarettes are Evil. Truth: Nicotine is Good

Guilt and worry do more to destroy your immune system and metabolism than most anything

Media_httpwwwtimemast_ilmfj

Back in Hermosa Beach, California, I have a friend who had has blood pressure. Wierd part is that he eats raw foods, runs marathons, and does yoga daily (yes, he even runs marathons daily). The doctors warn that he might just suddenly die of some heart condition or other. So he does more eating raw foods, more running, and more yoga.

Personally, I think he should just learn to enjoy bacon chimichangas and churros fried in lard. It's obvious to all who know and love him that his hypertension doesn't come from his food or his lifestyle. His health problems come from his mind - stress.

Guilt and worry do more to destroy your immune system and metabolism than most anything. So if you've been trying to quit smoking, I have good news for you. Nicotine is good for you.

Media_httphackedgadge_uzicf

Nicotine is actually known in the biochemistry community as nicotinamide (C5H4NCO2H). And C5H4NCO2H is also known as Niacin or Vitamin B3. Yes, smoking tobacco leaves is good for you. The botanical genus is "Nicotiana."

So, you can now atleast dispell the mental stress and guilt part of your guilty pleasure knowing that the next puff of your cancer stick will provide a healthy required daily dose of Vitamin B3.

Now, the only things about a smoking you have to worry about are the few actual toxins:

Breaking! Harvard and Dana Farber Discover "Gene Signature" of Women Who "Resist" Common Chemotherapy

Media_httpwwwharvard1_bhehd

Richard Saltus at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School today announced that,

"Led by Harvard Medical School assistant professors Andrea Richardson and Zhigang Charles Wang, the investigators identified two genes that, when abnormally active, enabled cancer cells to resist the effects of the anthracyclines. This class of agents includes doxorubicin, daunorubicin, and epirubicin, which are often used as adjuvant therapy in breast cancer."

What this means is that before this announcement, anthracycline class of chemotherapeutics - doxorubicin (Adriamycin), daunorubicin, epirubicin, idarubicin - have been used indiscriminately on everyone for four decades to treat many types of cancer, including leukemia, lymphoma, sarcomas and carcinomas, The standard method of administration had been to use the highest tolerable dose (based on the patient's suffering tolerance) every few weeks to kill all rapidly growing cells by preventing them from accurately copying their genetic material.

JBNI, the producer of "Bioprin." Dana Farber Cancer Institute / Harvard Medical School PhDs called it a, "remarkable compound" and reported that it was "comparable to cisplatin" yet showed no side effects.

However, a significantly high percentage of women have experienced a recurrance of cancer. They have had to continue their treatments often with even more toxic and dangerous chemotherapeutic agents.

Now, based on a woman's gene markers, a tremendous amount of pain and suffering can now be totally avoided. If a women tests positively for these two genes, she will not be treated with anthracycline class of chemotherapeutics since they will eventually be proven ineffective anyways.

The report explains that out of 85 cases, 20% tested positive for these two genes. And that 20% was anthracycline chemotherapy resistant.

Further testing showed that stronger chemotherapeutical agents paclitaxel and cisplatin were however effective on this 20% group. Scientists are working on developing testing that will predict if patients should be treated directly with paclitaxel and cisplatin; skipping anthracycline class of chemotherapeutics completely.

How to Get Somebody's Feces and E. Coli on Your Collar and Beyond

E. Coli kills. You and I both know that. But while there are many ways to die that are just as painful, nothing is as terrible as dying from someone else's feces.

But if you were to go out (pun not intended nor attempted to obfuscate) using E. Coli, this is how you'd do it.

1. Use a Community Washing Machine.

2. Wash With Hot Water.
E. Coli can reproduce rapidly between cool water temperatures and warm water temperatures. Some E.Coli grow even more rapidly in water temperatures that many would consider hot. Many strains don't start to die until atleast 160 degrees. Ironically, hot water usually hits about 125 degrees Farenheit. This is like a spa day for E. Coli.

3. Do Not Use Bleach.
Since you are washing dark clothes like your jeans and hoodie jacket, to maximize your risk of death from E. Coli, make sure you do not use bleach. This way, the fecal matter from that last burley guy's tightie-whities will have a full 40minutes to multiply in your warm laundry water. In fact, try going shopping while your wash sits in the dark damp warm machine for another hour or two. By the time you get back to throw your wet laundry in the Dryer...

Media_httpnursextinef_hcrni

4. Use Your Hands to Put Your Wet E. Coli Swarming Clothes in the Dryer...
... preferrably while eating a sandwich. Eating a sandwich immediately after moving your clothes from the washer to the dryer is the most direct and effective way to get some big dude's feces directly into your blood stream. If you are a perfectionist, you could also try putting in your contact lenses and using the bathroom yourself immediately after starting the dryer (maximum contact with your internal organs is recommended for desired results).

5. If you have completed all of the preceeding four steps and suddenly have a change of heart:
...and decide to not die of E. Coli, read about JBNI Biodrux "Bioprin's" antibacterial, antifungal, and anticancer properties as demonstrated by a report by PhDs from Dana Farber Cancer Institute / Harvard Medical School.

Another Wierd Disease: The Gift of Pain

Living without pain may seem like a joy, especially to those of you out there suffering from chronic conditions like arthritis. But life without pain can be deadly for anyone suffering from Congenital Insensitivity to Pain with Anhidrosis, known as CIPA.

CIPA takes away the body's natural ability to feel pain, as well as temperature. Teething babies will chew off their own tongues because their bodies don't give them a reason to stop, and they will suffer from heat stroke because they don't know they're hot enough to sweat.

Consider the way we learn things as children, before we have language and an understanding of our own bodies. A toddler stops running on the sidewalk because it hurts to fall down on it, not because they understand the kind of brain damage a severe blow to the head can cause. Without that pain to teach them what not to do, they will keep running, and they will keep falling.

Parents of children with CIPA are often accused of abuse before a diagnosis can be made, because their children come to the hospital covered in scrapes and bruises. The stories of accidental self-mutilation are incredible: one girl goes blind in one eye because she can't stop poking herself with her fingers, another has a broken leg for two weeks before doctors discover it, the list goes on and on. Many people born with this condition die at a very young age, around three or four years old.

As they get older the injuries move from burning a hand on a lightbulb to massive back, knee, and hip problems, because without joint pain it is so easy for these kids to develop unhealthy ways to sit, walk, and stand.

CIPA is caused by a recessive gene, which means both parents must have the gene, and even then it only develops in one out of every four children. It is therefore very rare, with only 17 cases reported in the United States. Often parents of a CIPA child already have one or two older children who are perfectly healthy.

There is hope, as some people with CIPA have been known to live relatively normal lives, even growing up to have children of their own.

The important thing to remember is that pain is not inherently bad. Pain is our first line of defense against harm, and in that way it is one of our greatest gifts. It is only when the pain becomes unbearable or the cause unstoppable that we must intervene.
